Cancellation by Mountain Sports Academy:

Cancellations by the customer:

If we receive the cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by Mountain Sports Academy, the cancellation charges of 10% of the order value will apply. Mountain Sports Academy has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mountain Sports Academy and accept Mountain Sports Academy decision regarding the cancellation.

Delivery Policy:

We deliver our products only in India. The orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Mountain Sports Academy is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Please do not accept the package if it is tampered or damaged, reject the shipment and mention that the package was tampered or damaged. Alternately if the delivery person allows you to open the package before signing, you can open the damaged package and if all the items are intact then you can accept the package and sign the delivery sheet and accept the package. If you accept the tampered or damaged package then for any missing items or damaged items you will have to contact the delivery courier company for resolution. Once you receive the shipment kindly check the contents and if there are any items missing or any items that are damaged, please report the same within 24 hours of accepting the shipment by sending a reply to the order confirmation email. Any issues raised related to missing items or damaged items will not be accepted 24 hours after the shipment is delivered. Mountain Sports Academy is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer, for any transit damages you will have to contact the courier company that delivered the goods.

Product Warranty:

For any manufacturing defects in the product you will have to contact the product manufacturer and Mountain Sports Academy will not be responsible for the repair or replacement of the defective product.

Errors on Our Site:

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Mountain Sports Academy reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mountain Sports Academy will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Mountain Sports Academy Return Policy. PlayMore cannot confirm the price of a product until you have placed the order. If the price of the product has changed before being shipped Mountain Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel the order.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Tax Policy

Mountain Sports Academy collects and remits tax as required by the Indian law, for transactions in our stores and on Mountain Sports Academy

Mountain Sports Academy reserves the right not to sell to resellers.

Entry Tax / Local Tax / Octroi charges and Inbound Sales Tax Forms:

The Entry Tax / Local Tax / Other charges may be applicable at the shipping address depending on the local sales tax office rules. These charges if applicable have to be paid by the customer to the courier person delivering the shipment.

If your local tax authorities require Inbound tax form then these forms must be provided by the customer.

Account Information:

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information. If you provide incorrect or incomplete contact information or shipping address you will be responsible the additional shipping cost and any other consequential losses arising due the non-delivery or wrong-delivery. Mountain Sports Academy has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse to provide access to the site.

Paying for Your Order:

You may pay for your orders with major Credit cards, Debit cards, Net banking. The Payment methods are subject to change anytime at the discretion of Mountain Sports Academy.

Validating Your Order:

Shipping:
